- Ability to coordinate calendars for meetings, reserve conference rooms, order lunch as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to copy, file, organize, and order office supplies
- 2 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
